  2. The adduser command adds a new bot's user.
  3.  
  4. <user> is an uniq user handle.
  5.  
  6. [user@host] is an nick!user@host mask, optionnal. If the user is on
  7. the bot's channel when using the adduser command, the bot will try to
  8. auto-complete the user@host, thus you dont need to specify one.
  9.  
  10. <level> is a required field. It specifies the local OR global level.
  11.  
  12. 1-500 are local levels, 501-999 are global levels.
  13.  
  14. A global user has access to the bot on all of its channels. Only 750+
  15. global users can add new global users.
  16.  
  17. If you want to add a local user, or if you can only add a local user
  18. (ie. you are already a local user, for example, manager of a channel
  19. on the bot), you need to specify a channel _only_ if you dont have a
  20. console selected.

  22. Since So-Bot 0.8, password and email options are no more available.
  23. The user needs to specify a password using the setpass command, and
  24. for the email, the email command.
